The Antidote Is
Talent (and the experience to know what to do with it):
The apex ingredient in our Antidote is talent, and it's the first common element that all of our directors possess. Talent is undeniable, but is also elusive--sitting somewhare around the hard-to-find intersection of relevence and experience.
We rely on this talent to make every job that comes through our doors better.
Energy (and the knowledge of where to focus it):
A director should be passionate. Most are. A director should bring energy to a project. Most try. And finally, a director should care. Most do. We, however, believe it's the combined application of these qualities that elevate our directors above both the washed out 4X3ers and the inexperienced newcomers.
This energy, applied correctly, keeps every project moving forward.
Creativity (and learning the ability to apply it):
We pride ourselves on having one of the brightest, most creative director rosterS in the industry. As important, though, is the ability of the rest of our staff (and our studio partners) to approach your project with that same creativity. This is, after all, an industry of time and money--the skill to effectively manage both has became every bit as important to an end product aS our already strong "traditional" creative.
Quite simply, our creativity can make what was once impossible seem simple.
